As the holder of a Nordea debit/credit card holder, you can make your insurance claim (damage Coverage, lost goods coverage and travel coverage) here.
Please provide us with the following information and we will handle your claim as swiftly as possible
- Card number and expiry date.
- If the loss occured before or during a trip.
- Travel documents, recepits, medical journals and anything else that can support your claim.
- A Property Irregularity Report if you have lost your luggage or if it has been delayed.
- Your account number.
